Both of them. As in, keep an Alphamac mohaa folder, and still keep the other MOHAA folder that you use now. That way, if Alphamac crashes or whatever you can still play.

In general, it's a good idea to make a few copies of your MOHAA folder anyway. Keep one on a thumb drive or whatever.
