New MOHAA server for testing

Calling it quickscrim until I think of something that sounds cooler.

Regular rifle mod with kicknades. Format is different, you play 7 rounds, then switch teams.
I think this mod might work out better for scrims. Keeps score better and will let you scrim more than one map in a row.
For now it's limited in the maps it can use, although it does work with a good amount of customs. If we keep using the mod I'll have to add in all the spawn points for the maps that aren't in there now. If you play a map that's not supported, then the team swap feature doesn't work.
Anyway try it out and see what you think...
