Since xfire died alot of people have gone over to gsc, it's not perfect and for some people the functions don't all work but everyone should be able to at least chat. And some of you might have it already but if not http://www.getgsc.com/ but Army from Elite has made a public google doc that people can view and add their gsc user names.
