Don't forget we also have Youtube embeds. You copy the letters on the end of the URL (the part after the = sign) and embed them with youtube codes.

Do you see in your post above it shows the url to the youtube video.
In my above response, it embeds the youtube video in a window.
That's on my computer, anyway. I have no idea what it looks like on a phone, if that's what you're using.
To embed a youtube video, you take the random letters after the = sign in the url, "lOUlgYCX_Uw" from your URL above, and embed them like this:
[youtu be]lOUlgYCX_Uw[/yout ube]
(without the spaces in youtube of course)
