We had this discussion briefly in game but I will repeat it here so others know where I stand.

To be honest I am not a catholic, not that there is anything wrong with that in my books, i do believe, nah, know there is a higher power. When i have to re-search info i learned some time ago i search certain words and read the info to be sure it is correct, never even bothered to read who wrote it. And I hope you noticed I use " marks to separate my words from theirs. Heck HoD even caught me doing this with a KKK website by accident once. I ain't prejudice and I ain't Catholic but it does not take away from the info.


Every thing in that article is true, sorry to be the bearer of bad news but it is what it is.

Jerry Brown places hope for climate change action in church

Brown said the effect of Francis’ encyclical, and of his own efforts on climate change, will likely unfold gradually. He acknowledged some people will not be persuaded.

“But some of their children will,” Brown said. “It’s like turning a ship in the ocean. It turns slowly, and the pope is another gust of influence here turning us in the right direction.”
