For those of you unfamiliar with the procedure, this is what "negotiating" looks like.
Her withered gaze has the look of someone desperate for the support of her foolish position. And as usual, her European backers are like Internet Jellyfish... eager to throw up the call to arms; but unlikely to participate themselves!
