The video clearly shows the police shooting the guy as he isn't even looking at them. They say he was reaching into his belt and I'd say that'd be the only justification that'd keep it from being cold blooded murder. But the feds in this case are out for blood. They've been after these peoples land for almost 50 years. I hope people wake up and realize this could happen to anyone who disagrees enough with the fed. We can't trust those who govern.
