Any normal 23-year-old from Melbourne, Australia would want to use social media just as freely as the rest of us. Unfortunately, when your name is Phuc Dat Bich it’s likely that your accounts may be deleted or flagged on a number of occasions for concealed obscenities.

Outlawing direct expletives, most social media platforms like Facebook will also target people who try to cleverly spell foul-language derivatives (hello there Mediaite comment section). And in the case of Bich, Facebook has deleted his account three separate times for misrepresenting himself.

The man took to Facebook itself to air his grievance in a post, which has gone viral throughout the social media platform, and aims at letting Facebook know that is it actually his birth name. Bich holds up his Australian passport in the photo from January, which has received renewed media attention in the last two days:

Bich wrote in part, “I find it highly irritating that nobody seems to believe me when I say that my full legal name is how you see it. I’ve been accused of using a false and misleading name of which I find very offensive.”
