New scrim server

In response to complaints about people getting poor pings on the New York scrim server, we're trying a new server in Chicago.
IP: 68.232.169.249

Scrim password and all admin access should be the same as the old server. We have 3 days to try this server and decide if we want to keep it or stay with the NY server. So try it and let us know what you think.

Okay, made the change permanent. I'm sure it'll be better for just about everyone. Most people used to get really good pings on our old server in Chicago.
