3 vs 3 tourney

Proposing 3vs3 tourney type scrims. Clan members and non clan members alike. Random teams, players on winning scrim team receives a point and moves on to next random team and random opponent. Total points can determine final teams and ranks. This will keep one team from dominating. If you dont recieve a point it doesnt make you out just means you dont get a point for that round. All suggestions welcome.

I think it sounds pretty cool zerk....but.....just not sure if thats the way to go with the ladder...i agree it sounds good in theory but there is no CLEAR 3man winning team??? if adding points it would be a random 3 PEOPLE THAT WINS! totally defeats the 3 v3 purpose and makes it a single players value IN THE END!....You DOOFESS!.......Also to all,even better the 1v1 tournament is going to be an in -house scrim ladder for misfits members only!!!our regrets!!
We hope to get it started no later than this Friday...What do u all think?

It will mean individual play and the individuals who play well together will be rewarded. 4 maps, dv, stali, remagen, bridge. Its the only way to randomize it and keep one team from dominating while rewarding the individual and team at the same time. Teams that work together well will be rewarded. For instance if say... silly, izzy and fern are on the same team the whole time , it wont even be competitive or fun, well... for them it would be. Lets say xanax, hod, and tc, scrim me, izzy and msd. the winning team members get a point, next round, new teams and opponents. At the end, highest scoring players will play each other. First tier 4 rounds. 4 maps. Suggestions welcome.

I would even take it a little further and have unlimited games (with a minimum requirement) and points become an average (i.e. 8 games, won 4 = 0.5 average)
this would mean that those that want to play more can, those that aren't around so much still play!
as long as the pool is there to pick teams from

I think it's a great idea, but why not make it 5vs5? I understand 3vs3 allows to have more teams and to play when there are less players around, but then 3vs3 isn't nearly as fun and tactical as 5vs5. In my opinion, the ranking of best maps for scrimming 5vs5 (and especially 3vs3) are v2, Hunt, Renan, Rockbound, Bridge, Stlo, Stanlingrad 1942, Algiers, Remagen.

Also, to keeps things dynamic, it would be a good idea to try timelimit instead of fraglimit. Another advantage of timelimit is not only that it is shorter in time, but also that is more tactical. If timelimit is chosen, it would be a good try roundlimit 3 or 4.

could we also agree on no forced models, fog etc (i.e. run an anticheat)
not that its a real problem, however if everyone is clean there shouldnt be an issue
