I finally had a time to post the recipe that i promised to Tease. So here we go:
Cut potatoes in about an inch squares size and put aside in cold water for 1 hour. Put some water to boil enough that can cover the potatoes. When boiling put potatoes and cook until they are not hard or too soft. After done put aside to cool down. Add some parsley and cilantro cut in small pieces (remove the hard parts), olive oil, garlic powder, green or black olives cut in pieces and ground Italian sausage or bacon cut in small pieces. Little salt if you want.
Do not add mayonnaise, instead add butter. Very easy and delicious. Eat with some fried pork ribs or baked meat and wine. Enjoy.
